With over 25 years of experience as a school and professional college counselor in U.S. and international schools, I bring a deep commitment to helping students find their best-fit college, university, or post–high school experience.
Throughout my career, I’ve served in director-level roles across the U.S. (California, Texas, and the DC area) and around the world in Chile, Malaysia, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam. I’ve also directed study abroad programs, served on educational boards, and regularly present at international conferences.
I’m known as fun, fair, firm, and friendly—and I genuinely enjoy the process. I bring positive energy to presenting, mentoring, and working with students, and I value building meaningful relationships with the families I support.
MY APPROACH

My approach blends strategic insight with a warm, human touch, supporting students and families through every step of the university admissions process, from first explorations to final decisions. I believe the process should feel simple, personal, and humanized while also leveraging AI and other tools available to us.
I work on a referral basis only. This means I partner with students and families who have been referred by a trusted friend, colleague, or past or current family. I firmly believe trust begins with the people we already hold close, and this allows for a highly personalized experience.
I do not outsource students to other counselors or teams of essay coaches. Every student and family works directly with me, building a genuine one-on-one professional relationship throughout the process.
